Introduction
I have been using HoneyBook in my creative business for quite some time now, and I can easily say that it is the program that my business would not survive without. This streamlines client communication. I found a drastic increase in how many bookings I made through inquiries as I was not only messaging clients faster but was also doing so more professionally.
I also want to highlight the scheduler feature in a little more depth because this feature is one that drastically improved my client experience. The scheduler allows for clients to see when you are available. Not having to go through the back and forth communication with a client to find a good date was something that drastically saved so much valuable time. It also stopped any possibility of double booking cliental as all projects where under one program and I couldn't possibly forget to have put something in my calendar.

I have already touched on several factors of how HoneyBook has improved my clients experience. However, I want to touch on a few more. Creating a positive client experience is a crucial part of being a creative. As stated earlier, automations have drastically improved client experience as my response time was more than cut in half. I also was giving more detailed information allowing for clients to be at ease and easily receive information about my services.
Clients all have their own portal in HoneyBook when they are a client. Therefore, they are able to easily see all communication and notes about a project in one place. I work with seniors walking through their senior years and crazy busy moms. Them easily being able to see a start time or address has lead to much a smoother session overall for them. When they are having a positive client experience, they only love their photos more.
Furthermore, I collect all payments through HoneyBook. This allows clients to easily see due dates, balance remaining, and even be reminded about when payments are due. It has also allowed for me easily track all finances for bookkeeping and taxes since all payments are in one place.
